1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and AutoFit Motors ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the autofitmotors.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

By accessing the site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Product Descriptions & Condition

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete, and current. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

• Used Parts: Many of our engines and transmissions are used or remanufactured. They are sold "as-is" based on the condition noted in the specific product listing. Cosmetic blemishes, oil residue, and normal wear are to be expected on used components.
• Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we try to provide actual photos of the item, the part you receive may have slight visual variations.

3. Fitment & Compatibility Disclaimer

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify that the part will fit their specific vehicle, engine code, and drivetrain configuration before purchasing. AutoFit Motors provides engine codes and vehicle compatibility notes as a courtesy, but we cannot guarantee fitment for modified vehicles, engine swaps, or variations in manufacturer production.

We highly recommend consulting with a certified mechanic or referencing your vehicle's VIN before ordering.

4. Orders & Pricing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed through the site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

• Pricing: All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our site.
• Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site.

5. Shipping & Freight Delivery

Engines and transmissions are heavy freight items. They are typically shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers on a pallet.

• Freight Delivery: Freight shipments are delivered to the curb. You are responsible for moving the item from the curb to your garage or shop. If you require a liftgate, this must be requested prior to purchase.
• Inspection: You MUST inspect the freight shipment for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If the pallet is damaged or the engine looks crushed, note it on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Our return and warranty policies are strictly enforced due to the complex nature of automotive components.

• Returns: Returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Engines that have been installed, disassembled, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
• Warranty: Any warranty provided is void if the engine overheats, is improperly installed, runs without oil, or suffers damage due to tuning/modifications.
• Labor: We do not reimburse for labor, towing, car rentals, or mechanical shop fees under any circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
